Shipping Rates & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order items may take additional production time (see below).

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days — $5.99 (Free over $75)
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days — $12.99
  • International: Coming soon

Custom Order Processing

Custom DTF and embroidery orders require additional production time:

  • DTF Transfer Tees: 3–5 business days production + shipping
  • Custom Embroidery: 7–10 business days production + shipping
  • Upcycled Pieces: Ships within 1–2 business days (ready-made, one-of-a-kind)

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

Return Policy

We want you to love what you get. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:

  • Standard items: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Custom orders: Custom DTF and embroidery orders are final sale since they are made specifically for you.
  • Upcycled pieces: Final sale due to their one-of-a-kind nature. Each piece is unique and cannot be replaced.

How to Return

To start a return:

  • Email us at contact@lilyanncustom.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
  • Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange standard items. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap. If the new item has a price difference, we'll handle the adjustment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
